I commenced working with Mr John in March 2019 on the establishment of a website for St. Mary’s Parish, Anguilla.

Findings:

• Has an” inviting” office.

• Makes you quite comfortable – ambience of office, language, humour and general comments.

• Quite knowledgeable and verse in providing recommendations as how process can be established and maintained.

• Very professional with respect to times for meetings and cancellations when necessary, approach to clients, discussions with client

• Responds timely to your emails and messages.

• Ensures one understands what he is explaining; uses repetition. Seeks clarity from client.

• Persistent – meets his end of the bargain and would like the client to be more progressive in meeting times for submission of whatever is required of them.

• Has demonstrated much patience with our business and I am indeed grateful for the exercise of that virtue.

• Open: Informs you of concerns he has; not afraid to voice his frustration, but does so in a professional manner.

• Photography – pristine pictures; sound judgment of angles, time of day, etc. impressive.
